The Partnership serves not only Phelps County, but surrounding counties and others in the state, 20 counties in total. Eligibility and counties served varies depending on the program.

• Capable Kids and Families serves-- Boone, Callaway, Camden, Christian, Cole, Crawford, Dent, Franklin, Gasconade, Greene, Iron, Laclede, Maries, Montgomery, Osage, Phelps, Pulaski, Texas, Lincoln and Jefferson.
• Caring Communities serves-Phelps, Texas, Pulaski and Maries.
• Early Care and Education serves-Phelps, Maries, Dent, and Crawford.
• Girls, Inc. serves-Phelps.
• Linking Hearts serves-Phelps.
• Smile Mobile Dental Unit serves-Gasconade, Crawford, Dent, Texas, Pulaski, Laclede, Phelps, and Maries.
